Terms and Conditions

The JBIT Career Investment Program is designed to teach and deliver measurable improvement to ensure participants put their best foot forward, give themselves that edge and a greater likelihood of winning that promotion on offer in their current organisation or securing a new job opportunity. 

By registering to attend the JBIT Career Investment Program you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. 

Introduction 
In these Terms and Conditions, the following are defined as:
  1. "Program" is the six-session career investment program
  2. "Attendee(s)" refers to an individual(s) attending the Program
Who can register with us? 
Anyone can register with us. There a no prerequisites to the Program. 

When should you register? 
You can register for the Program at any time, however we recommend that registrations are received early to avoid disappointment. Registrations will close for a specific program 24 hours prior to the Program start date or when it is full. Programs with low attendances may be deferred or cancelled. 

Confirmation 
Attendance for the program will be confirmed via email with the program details including location, time, and date and will only be confirmed once payment has been received. 

Cancellation and Deferral 
Programs with low attendances may be deferred or cancelled. Attendees will be notified at a minimum of 5 business days before the scheduled Program start date. 

Refunds and Transfers 
A full refund to the Attendee will be processed in the event that a Program is cancelled by the JBIT Career Investment Program. Written applications for a transfer or refund will be considered up to 14 days before the commencement of the Program. After this time no refunds or transfers will apply.
